The ME Four-Twelve was a concept car DaimlerChrysler produced under the Chrysler brand. The peculiar name is rooted in the Mid-Engine with 4 turbochargers on a 12-cylinder engine. The supercar is claimed to reach 250 mph with its V12 engine. The car was never actually produced, probably due to tensions with Mercedes-Benz. The vehicle is featured in the racing games Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, Forza Motorsport, and as a prop in "The Movies", a movie making computer game (2005).

Chrysler initially stated that the ME Four-Twelve was a prototype intended to lead to production. However, as of fall of 2005, Chrysler reportedly announced that the project was again "under active consideration" for continued development.
